More PMETs to benefit from salary and employment support
Singapore, 17 March 2017 – With the enhanced Career Support Programme (CSP), more Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs) can now be employed on competitive salaries. Local companies are heeding the Government’s call to strengthen their Singaporean core by working with Workforce Singapore (WSG) and NTUC’s Employment and Employability Institute (e2i) to showcase PMET jobs in the Adapt and Grow Career Series.

Enhanced Edutrust Standards With Greater Emphasis On Student Outcomes
The Committee for Private Education (CPE) has released the enhanced EduTrust Certification Scheme (EduTrust) standards today. As announced in October 2016, these standards will take effect from 1 June 2017 for all Private Education Institutions (PEIs) that are applying for or renewing their EduTrust certification from that date onwards.
